RON SHIPMON

Ron Shipmon is an independent curator and art advisor. For eight years he served as curator for Financial Guaranty Insurance Company art collection where he provided comprehensive advice on a wide variety of art related issues including: collection management, the contemporary art market, art installation and art insurance. Ron also provides art advisory services to private collectors.

Ron contributes to several national publications including Decorating Solutions Magazine, IN New York Magazine, Park Place Magazine, Country Decorating Magazine, Simply The Best Magazine, The Ritz Carlton Magazine, Metrosource Magazine, Savvy Insider Magazine, Where Miami Magazine, MAP Magazine and Washington Life Magazine. He is also syndicated internationally by Featurewell and is the author of The Mystery of The Stolen Scream.

Ron has been New Yorker of the Week as featured on New York 1 News, as well being profiled on CNN’s Business Unusual, CNBC and has received a Proclamation from the Manhattan Borough President for his work in the arts community.

Ron was also the Founding Director of The American Gallery which provided exhibitions and exposure to emerging artists.

KEVIN OLIVER TUCKER

Kevin Oliver Tucker is a native New Yorker who has a strong love for design; particularly fashion and interiors. He is a creative professional whose experience includes identifying market and lifestyle trends in color, silhouette pattern and fabric for a fashion office and menswear private label firm. Kevin has demonstrated his expertise in color for several womenswear retailers, partnering with design, merchandising and production to ensure color coordination across all fabric categories. Among his projects is writing Shopping With Oliver, a blog which spotlights new designers and unique retail stores. Kevin has lived and worked in Italy where he one day hopes to return.
